An Ode to the Power Nap
In this day and age, we all lead busy lives. Having so much to do can make you feel run down and tired all the time, which is no good. More and more people are turning to the power nap to help them get through the day, even if its just 5 minutes! According to NASA, a good power nap is great any time of the day or night! Power naps have been shown to increase brain activity and promote creativity, so if your employer allows it....take it!
